MEMORIAL FOR GRETCHEN HEINRICH

Please join us at a gathering to celebrate the life of Gretchen Heinrich, who was taken from us all too soon on March 30, 2024. Many of you know her from her stellar work at Dickens Fair and both Renaissance Pleasure Faires (Northern and Southern); others knew her as a social activist devoted to a number of human rights causes and for her personal generosity to any friend in need.

Food for the memorial is a potluck. If you would like to bring something, please use this link to sign up. Beth and Susanne have already put their names down, please use their entries as a template for listing what you are bringing- name what you're bringing, for how many, and whether it has common allergens/preferences others would like to know about.

Please drop off your contribution in the downstairs kitchen area between Noon and 1:00 pm.

Memorial Schedule:

Doors Open: Noon for conversation and to drop off potluck contributions for refrigeration.

1:00 - 3:00pm Memorial service upstairs in the Ballroom. Robert Young officiating.

3:00-5:00pm Reception downstairs in the Rathskeller.

Potluck buffet. Complimentary Beer and Wine will be available at the bar. Cocktails available for purchase from the bar. Corkage fee of $10/bottle for BYOB.
